Behind the project Illegal Substances is Sotiris Koulis involved in trance music over a decade now. In 2009 he started this new project, bringing a new wave in the progressive psy trance scene. Under the name of Illegal Substances, Sotiris has produced many tracks for various compilations and released many Ep’s in big labels all over the world including Fresh Frequencies, Goa Records, EDM Rec, Power House Records, Uxmal Records, Plusquam records, Phoenix Groove Records, Spiral Trax (of course) and many more. Together with his good friends Enarxis and Infinity, Illegal Substances proudly presents the best production of his career. In October 2013 he released his debut album in Power House records called ''Tradition’’, climbing in N.3 of Psyshop’s international psytrance charts and becoming one of the most beloved albums of the year.
