Expect deep, dreamy and misty soundscapes, but also distant pop accents as can be heard in the reverberated male singing that recalls the elegance of a Bryan Ferry. Miming the gracious flight of the manta ray, this track swells and soars, drifts and floats, and shakes and shuffles along captivating beats that emanate from a softer-than-usual rhythmic combo using filtered snare and a transposed bassline interwoven with pungent bluesy leads. Another emotion stirring piece which insinuates its way into you the more you listen to it. A typically intense piece of music, bearing all the hallmarks of the high standard of production that characterizes the Strom brothers studio work. This is the third enticing preview we’ve had of the upcoming artist album – the fourth one – which promises to be a masterpiece.
