Tom von Rosen & Jokke met in the p-funk band URD in΄95, where Jokke was playing the bass and Tom the scratch DJ. In '99 when URD was no more, they teamed up and started producing as True To Nature, and the first 12" deal was with Renaissance in the UK. From there it has taken pretty much off; "Lusty" featured on black hole compilation by Fred Numf, "The new World" voted best underground release in M8 by Derek Taylor (UK), "The beat" direct entry at no. 1 on Tayba Internet Radio (New York). They perform live, with Jokke playing the Bass & Tom scratching with various effects over a full multitrack live set-up and has rocked Roskilde festival (DK), Solaris Festival (Brazil) among many other places. Now Iboga Records is ready to present a full length mixed CD by DJ Jokke from True To Nature. A mix CD made on two Technics 1210 and a Pioneer CD player. The style is progressive, techky and clubby, with tracks taken from some of the best labels around. The CD also includes previously unreleased music from True To Nature, Kruger & Coyle & Llopis among others.
