Beatspace organization was founded in late 2003 with the aim to spread a wide selection of music all over the world. We believe that affordable prices are a good policy, but our stronger skill is the quality of the service. Our team, based in north of Italy, is ready to provide anything you can find on our website. In a real time you will discover if an item is still available in our stock or not. Transparency is a milestone of our policy: shipping cost are indicated and simply added to your order, depending on the weight of the goods you are purchasing and your country of origin. Once received a mail confirmation, we dispatch the delivery worldwide within a working day through priority mail. Last but not least, you can easily contact our team and ask for all the information you cannot find on the site: we speak English, Italian and French.

1. Do I have to register to order from BEATSPACE.COM ?
No. Registering is purely OPTIONAL. However, registering is 100% SECURE, fast, easy and best of all, stores your information for all future orders so you do not have to re-type it each time you wish to order (except credit card numbers, which we do NOT store)! You enter your personal information one time, and that's it! You do not have to type it again, unless you want to modify it.
Registering also will guarantee you the option to use your personal wishlist space which will be a sort of bookmark for your actual and future orders.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

All credit card payments will be billed on your credit card statement as: BEATSPACE
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All first-time credit card customers MUST provide us the correct billing address so we can conduct an address verification prior to processing your order. In other words, you must provide us the exact address where you receive your credit card bill. If you do not provide the exact billing address your order will be delayed or possibly not filled at all. Additionally, all credit card orders require a valid email address you use frequently and a telephone number whereby a verbal confirmation can be made if we feel there is a question about the charge. We also perform address verification on all first-time credit card customers, so make sure you provide your correct billing address (the address where you receive your credit card bill) in the "billing address" field in the online order form.
Credit card fraud is a felony and BEATSPACE will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. BEATSPACE tracks every transaction and will use all means available to us to prosecute persons attempting fraud.
- Pay Pal :
Yes, we DO accept Pay Pal. When you checkout you will be automatically transported to the Pay Pal page to send the money to us. Otherwise you can send it to the email: order@beatspace.com Sign up for your free International PayPal account and make purchasing even easier for those of you in Usa, Europe, Canada and Japan. IMPORTANT: if we do not receive your PayPal payment within 3 days we will re-shelve your order and may not honor future orders from you. So please do not order unless you plan on paying for it right away! Orders done with Paypal eCheque payments will be dispached only when we’ll get the advice of payment cleared by Paypal directly.
- Cash on delivery :
This service is available only for a limited number of countries and will allow you to pay only once the postman will deliver the parcel to your address. Customers who will refuse to pay the parcel will not be allowed to use this method unless they will refund the lost shiping cost of the refused order. It is not possible to order twice via Cash on delivery unless we have correctly received the previous payment.

Just ask the post office to transfer the indicated amount of money to the postepay card you'll find in the mail confirmation you will receive. You could also pay online if you have a postepay online account with Poste Italiane spa
- Bank Transfert / Western Union / Money Gram :
Write us an email with your order before We'll give you our bank account and bank details for arranging the payment as well as the details for sending cash to cash payment.
IMPORTANT: if we do not receive your snail mail payment within 10 days we will re-shelve your order and may not honor future orders from you. So please do not order unless you plan on paying for it right away!

3. How safe is the credit card information I give you?
We use 128-bit SSL encryption schemes when transferring credit card information through our web site so that your credit card information is kept confidential and secure at all times and is NOT stored anywhere. Your personal information (minus credit card or any payment info) is stored securely on our website behind a firewall in a non-publicly accessible password-protected directory; all credit card information is stored encrypted in a secure undisclosed, separate server, not on the same network as this website. You do not have to register to use the BEATSPACE.COM shopping cart system - you can enter your information fresh each time you order if you prefer, and none of your ordering information will be digitally stored anywhere.

4. How quick will I get my order?
If you placed your order online and paid with a credit card you should recieve your order FAST!! Within the United States/Japan/Australia allow a week or so, but some people report getting their orders within a few days (!). Within the Europe allow few days only or so. We try our best to fill all orders as quickly as possible. If you paid by snail mail Personal Check, we hold all checks for 2 weeks, then ship the order.

5. What is your Return Policy?
OUR RETURN POLICY: We accept returns only on damaged discs, or in the case of a wrong item received. We do everything in our power to package each and every order carefully to prevent damage in transit; we also have a 3 point check system in place to prevent the wrong items from being shipped out. In the unlikely event you received a damaged disc, or the wrong item, simply email order @ beatspace.com and request a return authorization. We will replace the item at our expense, or issue a credit slip if the item is out of stock. We do not accept returned merchandise for any other reasons, such as you "changed your mind" or because you later realized you "already have" the merchandise. Please note we do NOT issue refunds.

6. What are your Shipping Rates?
Shipping rates are automatically calculated for you by the shopping cart system - you do not need to figure it out yourself - and they are based on actual Italian Postal Service Rates of other shipping services we use. As you shop at BEATSPACE.COM you can VIEW CART any time. At that screen you can calculate the shipping with the click of a button on the subtotal of merchandise in your cart at that moment. You may be surprised to find the rates are very reasonable and that the more you purchase the less you spend on postage.This is one more cool function of the new shopping cart!

Again we make every effort to list accurate information regarding all the products we sell, but occasionally incorrect information may appear. This includes the following categories:
Release dates - We often list potential release dates for upcoming releases. This information is provided by the Record label or Distributor and we can therefore not be responsible for a delay, change and or cancellation of that date. Therefore the customer has no grounds to return a product based on the accuracy/inaccuracy of this information.
Media Errors - This involes the accidential incorrect listing of products i.e. we may inadvertainly list a product as a CD single where it actually could be a 12" single etc. This situation is rare and we will make every effort to update any errors as we discover them. Therefore the customer has no grounds to return a product based on the accuracy/inaccuracy of this information.
Additional Information - We also offer extended information detailing the products we sell. Occasionally we may accidentially list inaccurate information relating to the product or artists involved. Again most of this information is provided by the record label or distributor and is often simply a matter of opinion. Therefore the customer has no grounds to return a product based on the accuracy/inaccuracy of this information.
